Challenging and extending students to be the best they can be.
All students are encouraged to demonstrate their personal leadership qualities.
One of the many benefits of a small school environment is the leadership opportunities that are afforded to senior students.
At St John’s College, all students are encouraged to demonstrate their personal leadership qualities and to be involved in membership of committees:
Student Representative Council
The St John’s Catholic College Student Representative Council comprises students from each year level. The Council meets to discuss student needs and initiatives within the College community.
Students interested in formal leadership roles are required to apply for College Captains and House Leaders positions toward the end of Year 11. These positions of responsibility are effective in Year 12.
Students can nominate for positions on three standing committees – Catholic Practice, Environment, and Technology.
